TSM Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions started before we moved to Stripe are still billed through PayPal. Either way, start from your TSM account:

1. Log in at tradeskillmaster.com and open Account > Billing.
2. Next to your Gold or Platinum subscription, click Manage Subscription.
3. That opens the page where your subscription is managed, run by whoever processes your payment. Choose Cancel subscription there and follow the prompts.

Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The Billing page shows that expiry date, and the status changes to Cancelled once it goes through.

Can't log in to TSM? You can still cancel. We use a company called Stripe to process payments, and they host a page where you can manage your subscription on your own: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/eVadUW4w3gUIbNC7ss. Enter the email address your subscription is billed to and Stripe will email you a link straight to it. No TSM login needed. The page is titled "TradeSkillMaster LLC Billing", so you know you are in the right place.

Legacy PayPal subscriptions can also be cancelled at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ by selecting the TradeSkillMaster agreement and clicking Cancel.
