With the launch of TSM version 4.11, Auction House tables have been significantly improved and an option to add/remove columns to the table is available.
To add the 'Buyout (total)' (3) column to your table, select the vertical-ellipses/overflow menu (1) in the top left of the table and select in the 'Hide Columns' menu (2):
